I am pleased to announce that our sister division, MedBank, has reached an agreement to be acquired by BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company. MedBank is the leading provider of automated dispensing cabinets to long-term care facilities throughout the United States, as well as the pharmacies that service them.
This acquisition allows CUBEX to focus even more on the animal health industry. The son of Chris Visser, BVSc, DVM, MRCVS, DAVDC, CUBEX co-founder and CEO Anton Visser has always made the profession a priority, and the MedBank acquisition will fuel investments in new products and personnel uniquely beneficial to animal health.
