Our practice doesn’t have CUBEX (yet!) but we are always moving too fast scrambling to get things done and not fall too far behind. CUBEX will help us so much with keeping track of our controlled substances and saving time while doing it

It is very helpful in ensuring the correct medication and the correct amount of medication is dispensed to the correct patient.

We have 6 in our hospital and the technology just keeps getting better. Love the inventory control and controlled drug safety. Thanks Cubex;)

I’ve worked in veterinary medicine for 24 years, I’ve used every log book from a spiral notebook to aaha accredited log books, cornerstone computer logs, you name it. Ive also been responsible for balancing said logs. Working in a facility with 300+ people would be impossible to maintain without cubex, saves time logging, integrates with our EMR. Perfect for our facility

Cubex is such a life saver for our hospital and our large inventory!! We utilize it for everything from medications to bandage material to controlled substances!

As a center director and veterinary technician, I appreciate Cubex because I can manage our inventory in a more organized and streamline way. I am able to readily see what inventory is used most or least, and manage expiring inventory in a pro-active way, among many other great features. Cubex removes a lot of confusion on how we assess and manage our inventory that I have experienced in other hospitals in my career that do not have this system.

It is very convenient to be able to just “check out” the items you need and most of it can be stored in cubex (which keeps things mostly in 1 place!)

Love it because it makes our life so easy to be able to get medications out of the cubex and to be able to monitor who has access to the medications/injections in general, and mostly the logging of the controlled drugs is soo much easier and not time consuming!!!

Love my cubex, especially when it’s time for quarterly inventory counts!! It makes the tedious task much more manageable 🙂

CubeX is an amazing contraption that we use to keep our controlled substances up. it’s a great way to keep track of everything and make sure we give the appropriate dose to our patients because first and foremost our patients come first. And I think it’s just wonderful that you guys help us out and take care of us just like we want to help out and take care of all of our loved patients. Thanks for everything you do for us

Great storage for ALL drugs and a way to have accountability and tracking for patient medications. Digital controlled log is genius!

It makes it so much easier to keep track of our inventory in the hospital. Its rather easy to use and less time consuming than the old paper record way.

It is easy to find data regarding patients and medications dispesned. The IT department is efficient and responds quickly!

I am the inventory manager so it is my responsibility to reconcile controlled drug logs. Before Cubex, with the paper logs, so many times people forgot to write an entry, so I spent so much time digging through records in order to complete the log books. I love that the fingerprint system makes sure an entry is logged every time!

It is an easily accessible way to get medication for the pets. And it also keeps all the medications accounted for in terms of how many drugs there are available, and provides information as to who the patient is what service and the doctor on them.

We struggled daily with making sure that we were compliant with our controlled substances, since we got our Cubex we can spend more time doing what needs to be done than worrying about if someone logged the control substances.

CUBEX makes keeping track of medication extremely easy, and is a significantly more organized way to store our products. Using CUBEX makes me feel like I’m part of something incredibly new and innovative, and I’m proud to show clients and new hires our pharmacy!

I love cubex because it makes my life easier with counts and during the check out prcoess with the clients, especially when we take anything out it automatically puts it on the pvl.
