Overall responsibility:
This is an entry level position within the Finance and Accounting department. This position will work closely with and report directly to the Sr. Finance/Revenue Manager. This individual will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the order-to-cash process which includes, but is not limited to, invoicing, order submissions, and data entry and management.
Key Areas of Responsibilities to Include but are not Limited to:
- Order submissions to finance partners
- Data entry and management in Salesforce
- Invoicing to customers through NetSuite
- Posting customer payments in NetSuite
- Assist with month-end close
- Collections
- Ad-hoc finance and accounting projects and reporting

- Experience using Salesforce and/or NetSuite preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of related experience
Education/Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree in Finance or Accounting preferred)
