Overall responsibility:

This is an entry level position within the Finance and Accounting department. This position will work closely with and report directly to the Sr. Finance/Revenue Manager. This individual will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the order-to-cash process which includes, but is not limited to, invoicing, order submissions, and data entry and management.

Key Areas of Responsibilities to Include but are not Limited to:

  • Order submissions to finance partners
  • Data entry and management in Salesforce
  • Invoicing to customers through NetSuite
  • Posting customer payments in NetSuite
  • Assist with month-end close
  • Collections
  • Ad-hoc finance and accounting projects and reporting

 Education/Licenses/Certifications Required:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree in Finance or Accounting preferred)
